Top Live Video Streaming Betting Sites for Watching Football Matches

2. bwin

Another good selection of games is available from around the globe with this Austrian based bookie, including some games exclusive to bwin, such as obscure Indonesian League matches.

Viewing is subject to the same conditions as Bet365, having credit in your account or, having placed any bet within the 24-hours leading up to the streaming event. The bwin site is notable for its claim to screen live over 1,000 events (all sports) every month including every German Bundesliga 1 game, but alas not if you live in Germany.

To use their service simply select ‘Video’ from the list of options in the menu ribbon and the rest should be self-explanatory.

Technical requirements include 1MB/s broadband internet connection, 256MB RAM, 1 GHz processor, Adobe Flash Player version 9.0 or later. Their streams are 600kbp/s which means data traffic of around 400MB per 90 minutes of footage.

3. Expekt

Since publication of our original article on live video streaming sites, Expekt’s service has changed dramatically and now only provides live streams to residents of Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

As Soccerwidow has a large Scandinavian audience we have retained Expekt in our list although we have been unable to test the service. Any feedback from our Icelandic, Norwegian or Swedish readers would be welcome using the comments section at the end of this article.

Again, broadcasting rights dictate that Expekt cannot stream to any of these three countries a game involving their own domestic teams playing at home or away. Expekt recommends a DSL or cable internet connection with at least 1000kbp/s, 1GB RAM, 2GHz processor and Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.115 or later. The video streams are only provided to registered customers who have a balance of at least 0.01 on their account or, who have placed a bet of any size within the 24-hours preceding the live stream.

4. William Hill

Another UK company prohibited from showing UK teams in action, although it usually shows between two and 12 live games per day via foreign feeds.

There is no requirement on bets placed within 24-hours prior to the start of the feed and the account does not need to be in credit. Will Hill also offers its own radio commentary service.

The technical requirements include: Adobe Flash Player or Windows Media Player version 9.0 or later; minimum platform Windows 2000, XP, Vista or later; Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox, Safari; cookies and Javascript enabled, pop-ups and ActiveX controls allowed, firewall configured to allow streaming content; 1GHz processor or faster, 256MB RAM; 2MB broadband internet connection recommended offering at least 500kbp/s download rate.
